On submission of your registration a confirmation will be emailed to you, with your tax invoice/ receipt.

The Speaker Registration Process has been updated for the 2019 Meeting.

ALL speakers will be required to register using a special registration link that will be sent to them by the Conference Manager.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Credit card Payments are processed via DPS which is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2. Credit Card fee payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

If you choose to pay by Credit Card using an Australian Visa or Mastercard, please note that some Australian banks may charge an International credit card fee for the transaction – this fee is collected by the individual bank and not by Outshine Ltd.

Should you wish to register by post, please contact the Meeting Managers, and a form will be emailed to you. Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Managers at joanna@outshine.co.nz. Cancellations made prior to Sunday 15 February 2019 will be refunded less $100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case by case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Meeting Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

The AMSIG Meeting is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Meeting Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Meeting Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Meeting Managers at joanna@outshine.co.nz.

Privacy

Personal information is collected on behalf of the Organisers. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation, state/region and email address. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the AMSIG Meeting. This list will not be provided by the AMSIG Executive to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

Health & Safety

The Meeting Managers, in conjunction with the AMSIG Executive and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Meeting Managers, in conjunction with the AMSIG Executive and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on site at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the meeting are reported.
  • Informing the Meeting Managers, a member of the AMSIG Executive or a staff member at the Meeting Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.

AMSIG 2019 - ACCOMODATION

Millennium Queenstown

Preferential rates have been obtained at the Millennium Queenstown, for the nights of Friday 29 and Saturday 30 March. You will have the opportunity to book rooms via the online registration process, and will be asked to supply credit card details to secure your booking. It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to 15 February 2019 to ensure you gain the negotiated rates. After this date, rooms will be released and bookings will be subject to remaining availability.

The nightly room rate indicated below is for single occupancy and includes buffet breakfast for one – double occupancy will incur a $20 supplement, to be paid directly to the hotel on check-out (which includes buffet breakfast for the additional guest).

Conference Dinner tickets for Jack’s Point Restaraunt will be available for purchase during the online registration process. Numbers will be limited, so plan to book early to avoid disappointment.

Please ensure you indicate during registration whether you would like a ticket to the AMSIG Gala Dinner. We are required to give final numbers in advance of the meeting, and may not be able to accommodate your request for tickets if you register on site.

Please check your registration confirmation carefully and ensure your selections are correct.
